It took a lot for me to go ahead and order it based on my friends recommendation. (She swears by this). I use only the red light since I don't have any acne. The warmth of the device is very comforting for my skin. I feel slight tingling and lots of blood flow on my face after using the machiene for 10 minutes at night. Lately I have notified major shrinkage of my pores and some of the lines around my eyes have disappeared. I still have deep lines around my mouth and some frown lines. I didn't expect a miracle but I am very happy with the results so far. It feels so good:)
